Kids under 5 years old are not accepted for safety reasons, refund requests will not be accepted.
For everyone's safety and comfort, please do not eat or drink on the bus/mini van, and keep your area tidy.
We try our best to return lost items, but we are not responsible for belongings left on the bus/mini van.
The tour will leave on schedule. If you arrive late and miss parts of the tour, there will be no refunds or replacements. We do not offer any reimbursement or compensation.
If you decide to leave the tour or activity early for any reason, you will not receive a refund.
If unforeseen circumstances or events beyond our control occur after the tour starts, we may need to change the route or itinerary.
Ferries can be delayed. Please plan for an extra 45 minutes or 1 hour beyond the scheduled arrival time.
This tour is not recommended for people with walking difficulties.

If your cruise ship is tendered or docked at the New Port, we will arrange transportation from there. If your ship is tendered at the Old Port, we will meet in front of the Police Station, across from Faro Café. We will contact you 24 hours before the tour starts with all the necessary information!
