BOOKING & CANCELLING

What happens when I make a request for a tour/experience?
When you submit a tour/experience booking request via email or by completing our contact form, we'll promptly respond with an email detailing the availability of the specific tour/experience or available time slots.

What happens when I confirm a tour/experience?
To confirm your booking, we'll send you a payment link or provide our bank details for you to cover the full amount. Your booking confirmation email will include details and meeting point information. On your credit card statement, your purchase will be listed as TANIT PC.

What is included in the price?
The inclusions vary for each tour/experience. Some may include drinks, food, and transportation—please carefully read the description of each tour/experience. Upgrades to more luxurious packages, such as Beach Chair, Bouquet of Flowers, Photographer, Greek Bubbles, Champagne, and Mykonian beers, are available. The only thing not included is gratuities, which are always greatly appreciated.

How do I cancel or reschedule my tour?
You can cancel or reschedule your tour by emailing us at info@yourconcierge.gr. In some cases, a rescheduling fee may apply.

Are gift cards available?
Yes, gift cards are available and make a wonderful present for anyone visiting Mykonos.

Can I book a private tour or class for my group?
Absolutely! We offer private group food tours/experiences for groups of up to 12 people, as well as custom tours for groups of any size. Please contact us for more information.

Do I have to book in advance? Can I just arrive and pay cash?
Tickets for all tours/experiences must be purchased as soon as possible, especially during the high season (May-October). While tours/experiences can generally be booked up to 24 hours before departure, availability may vary. Walk-ups or cash sales are not accepted.

I’m travelling alone. Do you offer single tickets or just group sales?
We love welcoming solo travellers! All of our tours are open to individual guests.


TOUR LOGISTICS

Where do the tours start?
The exact meeting point for your walking tour will be provided upon booking. Culinary experience locations are sent 24 hours before the event. For beach experiences, we confirm the location 24 hours before the event, ensuring the best weather conditions. Don't worry about transportation; we can arrange a private transfer or coordinate with your hotel or local assistance.

How long do tours run for?
Our tours/experiences typically last 1.5 to 4 hours, with a 15-minute leeway on either side. Specifics for each tour can be found on the respective tour page.

What is the size of the tour group?
The maximum number of people on our tours/experiences varies but generally is limited to 10 people.

How much walking is there?
Walking tours last 1.5 to 2 hours. We advise against participation for individuals with mobility challenges or specific health issues. Comfortable shoes are recommended for Mykonos town exploration.

Are tours/experiences held in bad weather?
Yes, rain or shine! For beach experiences in heavy rain, alternate protected locations are arranged. Check the weather forecast and dress accordingly for the best experience.

Are your tours only available in English?
Currently, our tours/experiences are in English. For other languages, contact us for arrangements, as we have guides proficient in multiple languages.

 


FOOD & DRINKS

Do you cater for vegetarians, vegans, gluten-free diets?
All our tours/experiences are vegetarian-friendly. Notify us of dietary restrictions upon booking, and we'll do our best to accommodate. For allergies or intolerances, partaking in tastings beyond those specially catered is at your own risk.

Is there alcohol?
Wine and spirits are part of many tours/experiences and will be served. Request a soft drink alternative if you prefer not to drink alcohol. Soft drink alternatives are available for children.

What beverages are served on your tours?
In addition to wines and spirits, water is available during some beach and cooking experiences. We recommend bringing a water bottle, especially during the hot summer months.
