Small Group Tours (Semi-Private)
A tour can be cancelled with a full refund up to 14 days before the starting time of the event.
A private tour can be cancelled and fully refunded up to 14 days before the starting time of the event.
Gift cards are non-refundable and are valid for 12 months.
LATE ARRIVALS AND NO-SHOWS
Due to extremely strict time slots for in-person experiences and out of respect for other participants, we recommend that you arrive 15 minutes before the scheduled starting time of the tour or experience. Our group tours begin and depart precisely at the scheduled time. If you arrive late or cannot find the meeting point for any reason, refund requests will not be honoured per policy. Our company is not responsible for the guest's failure to appear at the meeting point. For the booked experience, any guest's delay, of up to 15 minutes, will be considered a non-show, and refund requests will not be accepted.
CANCELLATION DUE TO PLANES, TRAINS, CRUISES, AUTOMOBILES, OR ILLNESS
Since we are unable to fill your spot if you’re unable to attend for any reason, including transportation or illness, we do not offer refunds after that time. Please plan ahead so that you can join us and don’t miss out! For guests visiting our island via cruise, last-minute cancellations or the inability to disembark from a cruise ship are not our responsibility, and refund requests will not be accepted.
Similarly, for the above-mentioned conditions, we do not offer refunds in the case of cancellations prior to the tour due to inclement weather. Our tours run rain or shine. If weather conditions make it impossible to run the tour, we will contact you to offer rescheduling or a refund.
We would be happy to assist you with rescheduling your tour, free of charge, for any requests made more than 24 hours before the starting time on the date of the tour. We reserve the right to charge an amendment fee if you request to reschedule within 24 hours of the starting time on the date of the tour. This is subject to availability and price changes. In general, we only charge you for any additional costs we incur, such as private transportation. We have no intention of profiting from disruptions to your vacation and will work with providers and suppliers to minimize these costs.
